VMobile Terms and Conditions

Applicable to SMS competitions 01 July 2011 – 30 March 2012. The car winner will be announced just before Easter Weekend 2012.

The V Mobile sms competition applies to all persons with a MTC contract and or Tango number.

By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and any specific rules that may apply.

All entries only allowed by sms.

All sms's will be treated as an individual sms belonging to an individual phone.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules or any specific rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these rules or on the relevant Promoter’s website. The Promoter may at any time, without notice, issue further terms and conditions to be read in conjunction with these rules.

The promoters may refuse a prize or disqualify any entrant at its own discretion, should the entrant not comply with these terms and conditions.

The competition closing date and time as set by VMobile can be amended at its own discretion. Any sms received after this date and time will not be entered into this competition.

Entrants may sms as many times as they see fit or possible. The weekly/monthly draw will choose one winner for each prize.

Winners are required to participate in on-air acceptance of claiming the prize. The Promoter may call a selected winner's phone number entered into the Competition. Should the call be answered within 10 seconds the person answering the call will be declared the winner live on- air. If the call is not answered another number will be selected until a winner is declared. The promoter shall not be liable to reimburse callers for telephone charges when either on hold or on-air.

Entrants agree to keep confidential any information of whatsoever nature regarding the promoter and their respective agents, sponsors and event promoters received by entrants as a result of winning or participating in any competition.

The promoters computer software and systems decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The weekly draw will take place each Friday on National Radio. The promoters require that the top 50 entrants leave their mobile phones on. Each entrant will receive an sms informing them of this.

The promoter's draw and selection of each weekly winner is final.

The prizes won are not transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash. In the unlikely event that a prize in unavailable at the time of the draw, the promoters will ensure that the prize is delivered to the winner within a reasonable and acceptable time frame.

The winners during the competition agree that the promoters can use their names for further promotional and marketing purposes. The promoters will not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information published in any form of media. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line failure.
